MISU Staff

The Students' Union staff work alongside the Full-Time Student Officers to provide them with support and advice as well as maintain continuity within the Union. The staff have different, defined roles, but essentially, they work as a team in organising events, sorting out problems, and getting things done.

	Dee Kennelly General Manager Deirdre.Kennelly@mic.ul.ie Dee looks after personnel management, planning, and development, financial management, operations, and administration. She provides the elected officers with professional advice, managerial expertise, and support as well as continuity within the Union.
	Dave Cuddihy Clubs & Societies Coordinator David.Cuddihy@mic.ul.ie Dave is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of MISU Clubs & Societies on both the Limerick and Thurles Campuses.
	Noelle Lynch Senior Administrator (Information & Services) Noelle.Lynch@mic.ul.ie Noelle oversees the day-to-day running of the MISU Information & Services Desk, Information Hub and is the main contact for any staff in the hub seeking support or additional assistance. Noelle also assisted in the planning, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of MISU’s communications strategy in order to increase brand awareness, student engagement, and communications across MISU and is responsible for updating MISU's social media platforms.
	Margaret MacSweeney Finance Administrator Margaret.MacSweeney@mic.ul.ie Margaret is responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial activities of MISU and ensuring that all financial reporting requirements are completed in accordance with MISU policies, procedures, and standards and to best practice/ legal requirements.
	Chloe Keogh Mann Student Representation & Support Administrator Chloe.keogh@mic.ul.ie Chloe supports MISU in the provision and delivery of information and services to the student body via assisting at the Information & Services Desk. She also provides administrative support to the MISU Senior Management Team and supports the Sabbatical Officers with their duties of Student Representation. She also assists with the creation of information for misu.ie and promotional materials for MISU Commercial Services.
	Alfie Scott Clubs & Societies Administrator Alfie.Scott@mic.ul.ie Alfie looks after the administration of student activities for MISU on both the Limerick and Thurles Campuses. He supports the Clubs and Societies Coordinator in further improving, growing, and developing student activities and the student experience.
	Sarah Greville Information & Services Assistant StudentsUnion@mic.ul.ie Sarah is the first point of contact for students or visitors to MISU and supports MISU through the provision and delivery of information and services to the student body via our Information & Services Desk on the Limerick Campus.

MISU Commercial Services Staff

MISU employs a number of Commercial Services Staff who work in An Siopa (the only on-campus shop) and ensure the students of MIC have everything they need for the day-to-day aspects of attending college from food options to stationery and supplies.

MISU Student Content Creators

The MISU Content Creators attend and promote MISU events and activities and create information pieces for the promotion of the supports and services offered by MISU. Examples of their amazing work can be found on the MISU Instagram page.

Leona comes up with ideas and creates content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories to showcase SU events, activities, supports, and services.

Leona also spends time on campus capturing what’s going on, chatting to students and helping MISU share aspects of the MIC Student Experience in a real and engaging way.
