Overview

Capoeria is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that involves fighting, rhythm, body awareness, philosophy and history.

 

All levels welcome. Come try it out and learn something new, or continue your practice while at MIC!

Capoeria will start on Tuesday 1st October at 6pm.

Please wear comfortable clothing and soft soled trainers (no black soles as they mark the flooring)
